Baking Tips

For rotis and flatbreads, always rest the dough for at least 10–15 minutes after kneading. The whole grains absorb water more slowly than refined flour — resting ensures a softer, more pliable result.

Monteflour absorbs slightly more liquid than regular flour due to its high fiber content. When adapting existing recipes, add an extra tablespoon of water or milk and adjust from there.

How to Make the Perfect Monteflour Roti
